Whilst it can often be difficult to precisely track the Return on Investment of promotional gifts, the BPMA (British Promotional Merchandise Association) undertook a survey in 2012 which revealed that there is a direct correlation between promotional product advertising and an imporvement in brand an increase in sales. Thier findings were:

  • 76% of people say they can name a brand or company featured on promotional merchandise on their desk without having to look for confirmation.
  • 71% of people can name a company that has presented them with a corporate gift.
  • 51% of people have done business with a company after receiving a promotional gift from them.
  • 66% of people can recall the brand on a promotional item received in the previous 12 months.
  • 87% of people keep promotional gifts for over a year.
  • 56% of people say their impression of a company improved after receiving a promotional gift from them.

Can you really afford not to be using promotional gifts?
